Rodrik Olusegun Onoriode Ugbo

Rodrik Olusegun Onoriode Ugbo, known as Don Ugbo, is an entrepreneur and philanthropist with business interests in oil and gas, logistics, and international trade. Driven by a deep sense of social responsibility, he founded DON UGBO HEALTH & EMPOWERMENT FOUNDATION (DUHEF) in 2021 to champion equal access to life’s basic necessities.

Passionate about improving lives, he believes that no one should be disadvantaged because of their background, religion, ethnicity, race, or social status. His vision is to create lasting impact by tackling poverty, hunger, barriers to quality education, and access to good health and well-being through sustainable, community-driven initiatives.

Under his leadership, the organization is dedicated to inclusive development, empowering vulnerable communities, and creating opportunities that enable individuals and families to thrive.

Ifeoma Onyemachi

Ifeoma is the Project Coordinator for DUHEF, where she involved with helping to manage and oversee various projects happening inside the org. She also helps implement and stick to budgets and helps build community outreach.

She has over 8 years experience as an administrator where she organises and executes office activities and also manages the day to day business operations.

Ifeoma hold a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Port Harcourt. She is currently enrolled in an MBA program.

Okojie Austin

Okojie Austin is an accomplished entrepreneur, investor, and business leader with extensive experience in real estate development and investment management. Recognized for his strategic leadership and sound business judgment, he brings a wealth of international business experience gained through extensive global travel and cross-border engagements.

As a Board Member, he is committed to advancing the organization’s mission by promoting sustainable development, strategic partnerships, and impactful initiatives aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. His passion for poverty reduction, food security, quality education, and improved health and well-being, combined with his commitment to good governance, contributes to the organization’s long-term impact and vision.

Seasoned Supply Chain Management Expert

EWAH Charles is a results-driven professional with over 16 years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain Management, driving excellence across industries like Telecoms, Construction, Retail, Foods & Beverages, and FMCG. As a student in the University of Calabar, he was the Director of Project that led the team to Bakasi to cater for the homeless and less privileged. He is passionate about leveraging his expertise to support NGOs in achieving their missions.

Prince Adegoke A. Adefelu

Prince Adegoke is a Nigerian-born, Lagos-based digital entrepreneur and technology strategist who brings over 15 years of industry-defining expertise to the DUHEF Board of Trustees. A professional web developer, seasoned programmer, and web administrator, Prince has dedicated his career to leveraging technology as a tool for sustainable social impact. Beyond his corporate ventures, he actively supports non-governmental organizations by architecting and managing critical web-based systems to expand their digital reach and operational efficiency.

A firm believer in human capacity development, Prince has spent more than a decade mentoring and training the next generation of software developers. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and channels his technical insight to keep DUHEF’s digital and administrative infrastructure at the forefront of modern NGO operations.

While he is a generous, quiet donor who consistently funds diverse charitable causes without seeking public recognition, his hands-on leadership at DUHEF remains a visible pillar of our mission to empower vulnerable communities across Nigeria. Prince is happily married and continues to use his platforms to share valuable insights, digital skills, and resources that uplift others.
